Learning Experience in Class

So far in my Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 class here at Mesa Community College I have learned a lot about web design using Dreamweaver.
I have learned about using the file manager panel within Dreamweaver to keep track of all of the files associated with that particular website, and to copy any files that I put into my website, automatically into the same file folder with the rest of them.
I have also learned about making Spry menu bars for websites. I think that this is amazing! I like how you can just insert a piece of code, called a widget, into the website, and then edit the menu headings as preferred, and that it has a rollover effect! It makes it easy to keep the same layout for the menu in other pages on the website.
I also like using CSS to help apply layout designs to all of my pages in my website, all at the same time! It saves time, and helps to keep the code within the HTML document cleaner. It also helps the pages to load faster, so that users won't get frustrated with long load times.

I'm excited to see what more I learn in this class as it progresses throughout the semester! I love being able to design a website exactly how I would like it!
